About the Role

Responsible for structuring the commercial team and optimizing internal processes and supply chain in order to enhance Leflair supplier’s experience and ultimately contribute to Leflair’s growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure commercial processes and reporting, enhance internal procedures leading to increased efficiency and productivity
  • Manage cross departments projects related to commercial
  • Identify, research and advise on emerging operational issues within the company
  • Meet tier 1 distributors to discuss operational improvements: implement and execute these plans
  • Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring financial and operational performance analysis, based on the needs of the stakeholders
  • Responsible for supplier experience and performance and ultimately the growth of Leflair


  • Bachelor’s degree major in Economic, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years’ in Strategy, Operations or Project Management
  • Exemplary project management, market research and operations skills
  • Extensive business planning, strategic thinking, partnership and process excellence skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to eloquently convey complex ideas Excellent analytical skills
  • Results focused approach on delivering commercial growth
  • A solution focused approach to team and stakeholder problems, who can lead by example
  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships with senior leaders across the organization and with the partners/brands/distributors
